Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren met while studying at a Dutch art academy. The two paired up to turn the fashion world upside down after being discovered at a fashion contest in Hyeres, France in 1993. In 2005, Viktor and Rolf were approached by L'Oreal, who helped develop their first perfume, Flowerbomb. Flowerbomb Extreme was launched a year later and is an intensified version of the original.
