At FragranceMad.com, we endeavour to ensure all of our customers are 100% satisfied with the products they buy from our website. However, there may be occasions when you need to return a product to us - so we offer a full 7-day no-fuss returns policy on all of our items
Faulty Goods
If the product(s) you receive are faulty then you must notify us within 14 days, stating your order number, which product(s) you wish to return and a description of the fault. We will issue you with a returns label once you have contacted us to advise us of your intent to return the product(s). Where possible, all faulty goods should be returned in the original packaging that they arrived in. Once we have received your goods we will issue you a full refund.
Please obtain a ‘proof of posting' when you return the goods in case there are any problems with Royal Mail.
Unwanted Goods
We offer a 10-day returns policy on all of our goods, whereby if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us providing you notify us within 10 days of receipt, stating your order number and which product(s) you wish to return; the product must remain sealed/unopened, in perfect retail condition, and we must receive the goods within 28 days of the original dispatch date. We will issue you with a returns address once you have contacted us to advise us of your intent to return the product(s). Where possible, all unwanted goods should be returned in the original packaging that they arrived in.
Once we have received your goods we will issue you a refund of the cost of the product(s), including the initial postage cost but NOT including the cost of returning the item to us.
