My delivery hasn't arrived
All our orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and are usually delivered within 5 working days of the order being accepted. Occasionally however, Royal Mail experience delays and an order might not arrive within this time frame. If an order has not arrived after 7 working days, please check with your local Post Office that they are not holding the goods for you there. If you have checked with the Post Office and you still do not have your goods please contact us to let us know.
The goods I received are faulty
Have a look at our returns policy to check that you are covered then contact us with exact nature of the fault.

I want to cancel my order
If your order hasn't started processing then you may be able to cancel the order by accessing your account and searching your orders. If you are unable to cancel the order before it has been dispatched then please see our no-fuss 7 day returns policy. Alternatively, please phone us on 0121 55 99 055.
