  • Do you offer free shipping?

We no longer offer free shipping as standard, though it is available on all orders over £50. In order to offer you the best value, we exclude shipping from our prices, and only charge shipping once per order rather than per item.

  • Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship to anywhere in the EU.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all the major credit/debit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard. In addition, we also offer PayPal for those customers who prefer to use this payment method.

  • Where are you based?

We are based in the heart of the UK, just outside Birmingham.

  • Do you keep all your products in stock?

Yes, we only list items for sale that we physically have in stock.

  • How quickly do you dispatch orders?

Any order received before 2pm (GMT) Monday-Friday, will usually be dispatched the same day. If there are any issues with shipping an order, we will let you know in advance. Orders received after 2pm will be shipped the following working day.

  • Can I return an order?

Yes, we offer a no-fuss returns policy where you can return any unwanted item to us within 14 days of receipt as long as the item is in saleable condition with the original box and cellophane wrapper intact (where applicable). Please contact us in order to return an item.
