Are some of your products 'testers'?
No, we do not sell 'testers' of any kind, we only sell retail products.


How do I pay? Is it safe?
You can use your debit or credit card to pay online through our secure website. We use the latest security technology to ensure that your details are safe at all times.

 

Do you store my credit/debit card information?
No, for added security your credit card information is never stored, it is just verified by your bank.


What about VAT?
All of our prices are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.


What about postage and packing?
We offer free postage and packing on all UK orders. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery. You can upgrade your packaging to Royal Mail 1st Class or Next Day Special Delivery should you choose to.

 

Can I send somebody a gift?

Yes, we offer a giftwrapping service for £1.95 that can be selected when you go through checkout. The product will be giftwrapped and sent directly as a present with a personal message.


Are there any other/hidden costs?
No, the prices you see advertised are the prices you pay.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders submitted before 2pm Monday-Friday are dispatched same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders usually take 3-5 working days to arrive.


What is your returns policy?
All orders are covered by our no-fuss returns policy.


What do I do if I have not received my order?
If you have not received your order after 15 working days please contact your local post office to see if they are holding it there. If you have done this but still have not received your product please contact us to let us know and we will arrange a replacement/refund.
