What is your delivery charge?
We offer FREE UK delivery on all of our items as standard. We also have an express delivery service, guaranteed to reach any UK address by 1pm the next working day, which costs £4.99 per order. All orders are packed and shipped from our base on the UK mainland.

How long does delivery take?
All orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day. Standard Delivery usually takes 2 - 5 working days. Special Delivery items are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next working day after posting.

Do you offer 1st Class delivery?

Yes, 1st Class delivery is available for just £1.99.

Do you offer a Next-Day service?

Yes, next-day delivery is available via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and costs £4.99. If you order comes to over £60, it will automatically be upgraded to Special Delivery free of charge.

How are orders dispatched?
Standard orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, unless otherwise specified. We use Royal Mail for all our UK deliveries.

Can I have my order delivered to my work address?
Yes, you can have your order delivered to any UK address that Royal Mail will deliver to.

Do you offer a gift wrap service?

Yes, you can have any order gift wrapped for just £2.99 for the first item, and an extra £1 for each additional item that you want wrapped.

Can my order be tracked?
Only if your order has been dispatched via Special Delivery. Most orders are sent using the standard Royal Mail service. If your order is trackable, you will find your tracking reference in your order history on your account once it has been shipped. You can use this reference to track your order by visiting the Royal Mail website.

What do I do if my order hasn't shown up?
All of our orders are dispatched within 1 working day and are usually delivered within 5 working days of the order being dispatched. Occasionally however, Royal Mail experience delays and an order might not arrive within this time frame. If an order has not arrived after 15 working days (Monday to Friday), please check with your local Post Office that they are not holding the goods for you there. If you have checked with the Post Office and you still do not have your goods please contact us to let us know.

Do you ship orders outside the UK?
Yes. We post to Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Greece, Cyprus, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland via standard European Airmail at the following rates, based on parcel weight:
