Cerruti 1881 for Women was launched by Cerruti in 1995, and has since become the house's signature fragrance. Cerruti 1881 is composed of notes of orris, violet, jasmine, rose, lily of the valley, freesia, and bergamot at the top of the perfume; narcissus, tuberose, orange blossom, geranium, rosewood, and coriander at the heart; and cedar, vanilla, amber, sandalwood, and musk complete the scent at the base.
